He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wesley and Inez Wilson Carroll; his siblings, Rosetta Carroll, Patricia Carroll, Ginetta Mills, Wesley Carroll (Deborah) and Thomas Carroll; his uncle Estel "Wackerbill" Wilson; and his nieces, Jennifer Adkins and Elisha Wilson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Loretta Carroll (Elmer "Bo" Collins) of Gallipolis, Starlena Rigsby of Ceredo, WV and Dale Carroll of Wayne; his brother-in-law Doug Mills; his niece Stephanie Mills; his nephews, Jacob Carroll, William Carroll, Joseph Collins, Aaron Mills and Billy Hemphill; his great-niece Jaden Adkins; his cousin Earl Wilson, Jr.; and his close friends, James, Vickie Watts and Monica Napier.
