With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beatrice Skeens Stiltner (Wayne, West Virginia), born in East Lynn, West Virginia, who passed away on August 15, 2019 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian Skeens and Bessie Spence Skeens; her son David; her siblings, Betty Sue Skeens, Newman, Orville, Donald, Bill and Burgess Skeens; her son-in-law Tom Hall; and her grandson Lucian Stiltner.
She is survived by: her children, Sam Stiltner (Sandy) of Wayne, WV, Brenda Hirschi (Dean) of Shelton, Sandra Hall of Mebane and Karen Stiltner of Medford; and her sister Barbara Perry (Francis) of Lavalette, WV. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
