She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Burton and Raymond Burton; her husband Cecil Rowe; and her grandson Dallas Andrew Rowe. She is survived by: her children, Cecil Rowe Jr. (Brenda), Amanda Rowe, Julie Rowe and Amy Rowe; her grandchildren, Abigial Marcum (Cody), Joshua Copley, Katie Shelton, Katrina Shelton, Allison Isaacs, Cameron Isaacs and Benjamin Midkiff; and her great grandchildren, Blake Asbury, Aubree Asbury, Ainslee Marcum and Carlee Marcum. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the The Gospel Tabernacle. A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
