He is survived by: his children, Gail McHugh of Chesapeake, Al Stephens of Chesapeake, Ed Stephens of Wayne and Brad Stephens (Debbie) of Lavalette, W. V; his grandchildren, Jenifer Thompson, Justin Stephens, Nathan Stephens, Aimee Moon, Jonathon Stephens, Kendra Davis, Tabitha Stephens and Samuel Stephens; and his siblings, Joyce Jones, Helen Weber, Silas Stephens, Paul Stephens, Raymond Stephens and Dallas Stephens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
