He is survived by: his parents, Leon Slack of Lillian and Brenda Joyce Henderson Slack of Waverly; his children, Kassy "Puddin" Slack of Clarksburg and Rorick Bennett of Lumberport; his siblings, Greg Slack (Jenny) of Parkersburg, Lynn Slack (Earl) of Waverly, Roger Slack of Waverly and Keith Slack of Waverly; his nephew Cody; and his nieces, Jennifer, Nikki and Ellie.
