He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Levine and Babette Stern Levine. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Levine; his children, Travis Rector (Nickole) of Parkersburg and Andrea Adams (Johnny) of Columbus, OH; his brother David Levine (Deb) of West Bend, WI; and his aunt Judy Karasik (Howard) of New York, NY. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great grandchild.
