He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Gardner (Wathen) of Elizabethtown, KY; his wife Becky Emerick Gardner; his son Eric Evans; his grandchildren, Armani of Parkersburg, WV, London of Parkersburg, WV and Ocean of Parkersburg, WV; his brothers, Ron Gardner (Susan) of Parkersburg, Phil Gardner (Phyllis) of Riegelsville, PA and David Gardner (Amy) of Franklin, KY; and his sister-in-law Ruth Leach (Mike) of Williamstown, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
