He is survived by: his mother Lois Hammett Hasley; his wife Melissa Locke Collins; his daughters, Katrina Countryman (Josh) and Krystal Spencer (Chris); his grandchildren, RaeAnn, Arrowlee, Oakley and Remi; and his parents-in-law, Patricia and Robert Locke.
