It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Wesley Yeater (Waverly, West Virginia), born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on February 12, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde A. Yeater and Anna F. Exline Yeater; and his siblings, Nancy, Alice Yeater, Lawrence, Robert, Wayne and Darrell Yeater.

He is survived by: his children, Nancy Nelson (John) of Waverly, Loretta Cain (Calvin) of McConnelsville, OH and James Yeater, Jr. of Belpre; his stepdaughters, Lisa Phillips, Belinda LeBar, Jonda Douglas and Misty Rummer; his grandchildren, Kristen, Ricky and Logan; his great grandchildren, Morgan, Aiden and Austen; his nephews, Larry Yeater and Tim Yeater; and his niece Cyndia Guinn.
