He is survived by: his wife Elladene Sinclair; his son Randall Edward Sinclair (Brenda) of West Milford, WV; his grandchildren, Heather Rowan (Tom) of Walker, WV and Scott Sinclair (Tasha) of Fairmont, WV; and his great grandchildren, Ethan Rowan and Lucas Rowan of Walker, WV..
