He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Harper and Helen L. Abbott Harper; and his brothers, Raymond Lester Harper and Jerry Martin Harper. He is survived by: his siblings, Martha L. Smith of Zanesville, OH and Denny Lee Harper (Joyce) of Newark, OH; and his stepson Louis Lee Hall (Amy) of Arizona. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
