He was predeceased by: his children, Brian Clegg, Micheal Clegg and Michelle Clegg; and also Twin. He is survived by: his children, Krista Clegg of Waverly and Konni Hewitt (Jamie) of Parkersburg; his grandchildren, Philadelphia Hewitt, Alexander Clegg and Aric Clegg; and his brothers, Pete Clegg (Kay) of Little Hocking, OH, William "Tob" Clegg (Tex) of Parkersburg, Leslie "Bub" Clegg (Pam) of Washington and Jeff Clegg (Leslie) of Parkersburg.
