He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Fleak and Ruby Meadows Fleak; his grandparents, John, Halda Fleak, Jerry and Mervilla Meadows; and his brothers, Phillip and James Fleak.
He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne Fleak, Janet Bonnett (Mike), Joyce McIntire (Ken) and Judy Joy (Gary); his aunt Mary; and his friend Nick McPherson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
