He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Duncan and Thelma Duncan; his brothers, James Duncan and Cecil Duncan; and his son-in-law Terry Ramsey.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Duncan (Vicki) of Washington, WV, Sharon Ramsey of Little Hocking, OH and Mark Duncan (Renae) of Little Hocking, OH.; his grandchildren, Eric Duncan, Kelsey Nicholas, Barb Laugh, Troy Duncan, Tiffani Garvin, Drew Ramsey and Jeremy Ramsey; his nieces, Janet VanKirk and Patty Johnson; and his nephew Jim Duncan. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
