He is survived by: his wife Darlene Hofmann (McPherson); his children, Aaron Hofmann (Katelyn) of Washington, WV and Marsha Bolinger (Cliff) of Huntington, WV; his grandchildren, Eli, Etta, Wren Bolinger, Violet and Margo Hofmann; his sister Linda Harris; and his nieces and nephews, Nicole Simmons, Amber Shears, Megan Dillaman, Ryan Tyree and Eric Bodge.
