It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Jerome Blair of Washington, West Virginia, born in Cheektowaga, New York, who passed away on October 8, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Paul Jerome may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Curtis and Mildred Ireta Morris Blair; his siblings, Nile Eddy Jr., Roy Gibson Jr., Phillip Blair, Clyde Blair, Barbara Bigger and Sheila Newland; and his parents-in-law, Ray and Phyllis Archer.

He is survived by: his wife Deidra Elaine Archer Blair.

“It is with great sadness that I heard of Paul's death. He was a truly good man and a nice friend to have. Paul always was there when I needed assistance on issues at my house. As football parents when Josh, Matthew (Burdette) and Scotti ran together in Jr. High and High School, Paul was always supportive of the boys. Please know I hold you and your family in my thoughts and prayers as you find healing in your hurting hearts. So very sorry for your loss. Margaret Burdette”
