He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Edward and Beryl Ileene Phillips of Washington; and his sisters, Shirley Phillips and Diane Wilson. He is survived by: his son Marc Phillips (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Samuel Phillips and Alina Phillips of Morgantown, WV.; his niece Jennifer Rich; his nephew Jason Camaioni of North Carolina; and his pet Bella.
