It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Linda Lou Carpenter of Washington, West Virginia, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on June 10, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Frank Edwards and Alta Marie Price Edwards. She is survived by: her husband Rev. David Carpenter; her children, Kathy Holland (Jeff) of Parkersburg, WV, Karla Carpenter (Brian Metz) of Mineral Wells, WV and Kevin Carpenter of Washington, WV; her sisters, Carol Edwards of Mineral Wells and Shirley Edwards Jackson Parkersburg; and her sister-in-law Dianne Withum of Mineral Wells. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
