With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathy Louise Laughery of Washington, West Virginia, who passed away on November 16, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Kathy Louise's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Kathy Louise has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Vanfossen and Virginia J. Philbrick Vanfossen; her daughter Tracy Robinson; and her sister Robin Lynch. She is survived by: her husband John Laughery; her daughters, Amber Hale (Kenneth) of Elizabeth, WV and Tiffani Toncray (Ira) of Belpre, OH; her brothers, James Vanfossen Jr. of Parkersburg and Kevin Vanfossen of Vienna; and her grandchildren, Ava, Leilah and Isaiah.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home - Green (400 Green St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
