He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Stephen Biddle, Sr. and Edith M. Biddle (Clegg); and his stepgrandson Justin Mays. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn D Biddle (Bloomer); his son Eric S. Biddle (Tammy) of Parkersburg; his stepchildren, Michael A. Ferree of Parkersburg and Cathy L. Mays (Kenneth) of Washington; and his stepgrandchildren, Erin Schaad (Travis), Danielle Ferree, Sean Ferree (Skyla Ormond), Evan Ferree (Audrionna Allen), Anthony Pendleton (Michele) and Toni McGuire (Sam). He is also survived by seven step great grandchildren.
