He is survived by: his wife Jeannine Jo Clark; his children, Donald Wayne Clark Jr. (Amber), Alexander Clark, Melissa Pelfrey (John), Kayla Dixon (Anthony) and Danielle Perkins; his siblings, Tommy Clark, Marlene McGary and Paula Allman; his grandchildren, Vincent Moore (Jessica), Andrew Murphy (Caitlin), Dylan Tant, Haley Woolard (Seth), Gage Clark, Jayden Clark, Amaya Lewis, Jeremiah Lewis, Braxton Perkins, Bradley Marrazzo, Reid Perkins and Brighley Dixon; and his great grandchildren, Lucas Wayne Murphy, Kieran and Rosemary Moore. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
