He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leona Mae Bean Heltzel of Baker, WV and Glen Heltzel; his children, Cherie Miller (JT) of Wardensville, WV, Jackie Sager (Gary) of Strasburg, VA and Bill Tharp (Melinda) of Wardensville, WV; his sister Sandra Tierney of Broad Run, VA; his grandchildren, Austin, Brady, Eric Miller, Ashley Barker (Randy), Megan Erickson (Brent), Marissa Sager (Nick), Brett (Joleah), Andrew and Bryce Tharp; his pet Zeb; and his friend Lauren Figler.
