She was predeceased by: her parents, David R. Hawse and Almedia C. Haines Hawse; and her siblings, Paul Hawse and Pearl Tutwiler. She is survived by: her children, Alan Ludwig of Frederick, MD, Craig Ludwig (Sara) of Frederick, MD, Debra Sweeney (Paul) of Greencastle, PA, Louise Ludwig of Fairfax, VA and Patty Stream (Kevin) of Rio, WV. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
