She is survived by: her husband Gary Koontz; her daughters, Teresa Koontz of Wardensville, WV and Connie Jackson of Arnold, Maryland.; her grandchildren, Thomas Weikle and Kayleigh Jackson; her great grandchildren, Jaxson Weikle and Carson Weikle; and her sisters, Margaret Dobbins, Barbara Crites and Brenda Farley.
