She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul P. Garrett and Edna Whetzel Garrett; her siblings, Gerald, Donald Garrett and Earleen Garrett King; her niece Mia Jo Rudy; and her close friend Ray "Red" Funkhouser.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Rudy Fisher (Bill) of Moorefield, WV; her granddaughters, Beth Aliveto (Frank), Jessica Swank (Danny) and Katie Faulkner (Matt); her sons, David Rudy (Theresa) of Wardensville, WV and Daniel E. Rudy (Jo Ann) of Powell, TN; her grandchildren, Lynanne Sexton (Charley), Natalie Cagle (Ronald) and Emilie Robinson (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Haley, Riley, Shawn, Danica, Isabel, Mia, Molly, Clara, Caroline, Will, Paxton, Miles and Alexandra; and her pet Honey.
