She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Bryne Garrett; and her parents, Edna Catherine Fishel and James Lynn Miley. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Garrett Raiford (Dave) of Brentwood, TN, Kimary Garrett Prelaz (David) of Beckley, WV and Michael Bryan Garrett (Tina) of Bradenton, FL; her grandchildren, Christopher Garrett Prelaz, Emily Raiford Topping (Daniel), Lauren Elizabeth Garrett (Ian Tasso), Matthew Brian Prelaz (Hayden) and Ian Blount Garrett; her siblings, Elsie Orndorff, Anne Dunlap (Dennie, Jr.), Patricia Beckwith, Marsha Rudolph (Mike) and Gene Fishel (Angie); her sister-in-law Nina Garrett Rudy; and her caregiver Dianna Bradley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
