It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carroll E. Conard of Wardensville, West Virginia, born in Rio, West Virginia, who passed away on February 20, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold R. Conard and Myra A. Reynolds Conard; his son Russell E. Conard; and his sisters, Faye Snyder, Betty Fisher and Shirley Feathers.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Funk Conard; his daughter Kimberly Gresens (Jason) of Colorado Springs, CO; his sister Mildred Piper of Rappahannock, VA; his grandchildren, Matthew Gresens (Holly), Nicholas Gresens, Katelyn Gresens, Devon Orndorff (Monica) and Dustin Orndorff (Josh); his great grandchildren, Rowan, Claire, Bailey and Tripp Orndorff; and his daughter-in-law Carolyn Conard.
