She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Ray and Rosa Thornsbury Blankenship; and her sister Pamela Seay. She is survived by: her husband James S. Nealen; her son Randall Campbell of Yukon, WV; her grandchildren, Tyler Gene Campbell of Bluefield, WV, Jasmine Campbell of Bluefield, WV and Arianna Jean Sue Campbell of Coalwood, WV; her great grandchild Grayson River Ray Campbell of Bluefield, WV; and her siblings, Rose Wyatt (Johnny) of North Carolina, Brend Lester of North Carolina, Tammy Lester of Virginia and Ray Blankenship of Virginia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
