She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrie J. Foster and Betty Jean Ross Foster (Pat); her husband Claude Adams, Jr.; her siblings, Mike Foster and Brenda Wilson; her siblings-in-law, Barbara Foster and Paul Wilson; her nephews, Mark Foster, Joshua Foster, Frankie Foster and Eric J. Foster; and her niece Tabitha Foster.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jim Foster of Rotunda, FL, Randy Foster of War, Ronald Foster of Bluewell, WV, Rush Foster of Cucumber, WV, Riley Foster of Mebane, NC, Darrell Foster of Grantsboro, NC, Penny Robinette and Kathie Whitt of West Virginia; her stepdaughter Heather; her son Luke Neece; her stepson Kevin Adams; her children, Brooke and Bryson of War; and also Maria Frazier of War. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and in laws.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, friends may call one hour prior to the planned services from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM with masks required and the funeral conducted thereafter will be limited to family members only.
