She was predeceased by: her father James Arthur Phillips; and her siblings, Jean Mitchell, James Arthur Phillips, Jr. and Paul Phillips. She is survived by: her mother Bertha Blakley Phillips of War, WV; her husband Jack Estep; her children, Steven Randall Estep (Stephanie), Richard W. Estep of West Virginia and Karalla Reynolds of West Virginia; and her sister Dreama Cooper (Ernie) of West Virginia. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
