He is survived by: his wife Frankie Lea Kennedy Hicks; his children, Brenda Hicks, Kendra Hicks, Jessica Hicks, Miranda Hicks (Billy Gray) of Princeton, WV, Crystal Mullins (Bobby) of Raysal, WV, Jody Hicks (Vanessa) of English, WV, David Hicks (Traci) of Richlands, VA and Isaiah Riffe; his sisters, Irene Phillips of War, WV, Ann Adams of War, WV, Mae Woods of Yukon, WV and Omagay Tolliver (Danny) of Bluefield, WV; and his close friends, Dickie Robinette of Iaeger, WV, Charles Sturggle of War, WV, Michael Mullins of War, WV and Nathan Blevins of Coalwood, WV. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
