He is survived by: his wife Wilma Stanley Altizer; his children, Matthew Altizer (Samantha) of Butte, Montana and Chamaine Cinnamon of Bulls Gap, TN; his siblings, Hubert Altizer (Ginny) of Ransomville, NY, Carlos Altizer (Burma) of Ransomville, NY, Roger Altizer of Mount Dora, FL, Eunice Hall of Ashland, OH and Lois Patterson (Clarence) of Vallscreek; and his close friends, Mark and Esperanza Young.
