He was predeceased by: his parents, Winford Ray and Rosella Mae Larch Moore, Sr.; his wife Gloria Moore; and his siblings, Calvin Moore and Mary A. Ghiassi.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Eulane Wilburn; his siblings, Sheila King (Gary) of Spencer and Bobby Moore of Virginia; his children, Jennifer Sparks and Russell Moore of Flemingsburg; and his stepchildren, Rebecca Casto of Walton, Lucas Taylor of Spencer, Albert Wilburn of Greenup, Hester Moore of Olive Hill, Jessie Dillon of Grayson, Lydia Dillon of Greenup, Trevor Wilburn of Greenup and Travet Wilburn of Greenup. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild; 14 step grandchildren.
