He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Scott and Thelma Scott; and his siblings, Chuck Scott and Norma Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Scott; his children, Jeremy Blackwell (Kim), Adam Scott (Brooke), Timothy Raines (April), Billy Raines (Madison) and Tonya Bryner (Scotty); and his siblings, Bob Scott (Sherry) and Terry Milam. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
