He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Crowder and Mary Crowder; and his grandson Jordan Crowder. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kennedy Crowder; his children, Renix Christopher "Chris" Crowder II (Angelina) of Johnson City, TN, Eric Crowder (Kelly) of Varney, KY, Ryan Crowder (Renee) of South Charleston, WV, Vanessa Humphreys (Robert) of Johnson City, TN and Anne Crowder (Edward) of Walton, WV; and his stepdaughters, Dana Hatcher (Andrew) of Fayetteville, WV and Jenny Greathouse of Spencer, WV. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and multiple great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Renix's life will be held when the COVID-19 pandemic subsides.
