With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Foreman of Walton, West Virginia, born in Falling Rock, West Virginia, who passed away on April 13, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Woods and Cora Woods; and her brother Paul Woods. She is survived by: her husband Gary Foreman; her daughter Tracy Harper (Cody); her siblings, Virgil Woods Jr., Joyce Young, Mary Waybright and Pat Lesher; and her grandchildren, Matt Harper and Amber Jarvis (Clayton).

Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic in our state, it is mandated by the Governor and the CDC that proper facial coverings be worn and that social distancing be observed.

“I am so sorry to hear of Phyllis' passing. Phyllis was a wonderful person, and I will always remember her. She babysat my children, and was a special influence in their young lives. Not only did she take care of my children, but I felt that she was a good friend. Way back when, we used to go shopping and do things together. I will always remember Phyllis as a special friend.
