He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas McKinney and Dreama Carpenter. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard McKinney of Walton, Namand McKinney of Boone, WV, Sandra King, Angie Lambert of Walton and Tanya Knicely of Spencer; his children, Mark McKinney Jr. of Dry Creek, Stephanie McKinney of Pine Branch and Shayla Hanshaw of Spencer; and his grandchildren, Brenten, Zoey, Noah, Dallas and Dawson. He is also survived by 10 nephews; 7 nieces; and 23 great nieces & nephews.
