He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Chandler; his children, David Chandler, Jessica Poe, Mashell Stancil, Carla Chandler (James) and Phillip Stancil (Amy); and his siblings, Sylvia Casto, Jim Chandler, Audrey Smith, John Chandler, Lee Morris, Mary Kelley and Tom Chandler. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chandler Cemetery (53 Chandler Branch Rd, Walton, WV 25286).
