She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard B. Brinkley and E. Lousie Thompson Brinkley; her husband David L. Douglas; her son William D. Douglas; her brother Howard J. Brinkley; and her granddaughter Clarissa Douglas.
She is survived by: her daughter Sonja L. King; her grandchildren, Sean D. Snyder (Samantha), Patricia A. Ferguson (Aaron), Rose E. Stone (Tommy), William D. Douglas II (Samantha Hesson) and Eva A. Douglas; and her great grandchildren, Cameron Snyder, Ashton Snyder, Brenton Snyder, Destiny Snyder, James Swiger, Carter Stone and Ari Ferguson.
For many years, she worked for the Jerry Lewis M.D. Telephon Fundraiser, where she generously donated her time and effort.
