He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rardin and Rosemary Thomas Rardin; and his brother John Aaron Starkey, Sr.. He is survived by: his close friend Jennifer Davis of Wallace; his children, Tiffany Davis of Wallace and Scotty Davis of Wallace; his grandchildren, Andrew, Xavier Davis and ElyJah Glover; his brother Joseph Gene Starkey of Clarksburg; his nephew John Aaron Starkey, Jr. (Crystal) of Sardis; his great-nephews, Levi and Chase Starkey; his great-niece Jordan Starkey; his pet Oreo; and also Nevaeh. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Unfortunately, he faced another obstacle when Covid stepped in and claimed Jimmy's life.
