Sarver, Sr.; her son John Sarver II (Susan) of Washington, Utah; her siblings, Patricia Walker of Huntsville, Ala and John Thrash of Tucson, Arizona; her grandchildren, Emily Crutchfield, Amanda Kolody, Matthew Sarver and Molly Rost; and her great grandchildren, Noah Crutchfield, Makenna Crutchfield and Issac Kolody.
