He was predeceased by: his parents, George Deuley and Della May Richards Deuley; his wife Lois Angela Deuley; and his siblings, Franklin, Bobby Deuley, Bernice Deuley and Martha Dawson.

He is survived by: his children, Barbara Deuley of Parkersburg, WV, Beverly Goodnight of Parkersburg, WV, Donald Deuley of Parkersburg, WV, Casey Cline (Todd) of Parkersburg, WV and Loretta Matheny; his grandchildren, Jason Varner, Jeremy Varner, Cindy Morris, Joshua Goodnight, Katie Copeland, Courtney Cline and Teonna Cline; his great grandchildren, Jaron, Jonah, Jenson, Alayna, Landon, Emily, Reagan, Hannah Varner, Hunter Nestor and Aiyanna Goodnight; and his brother Dale Deuley (Sally).
