He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil H and Mary A Kerby (Cale); and his niece Heather Galloway. He is survived by: his siblings, David Kerby (Lavonne), Carolyn Burk (Steve) and Linda Galloway (Victor); his nieces, Stacy Forshey and Amy Canterbury; and his nephew Justin Kerby.
