He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lee Morgan Hargett of Walker; his stepsons, Benjamin Sandy (Jessica) of Vienna and Matthew Sandy (Abby) of Parkersburg; his stepgrandson Beckett Sandy; his parents-in-law, Walter and Merilee Morgan of Parkersburg; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Turner of Cincinnati, OH..
