He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Rost and Louise Bacher Rost; his wife Janis Kimble Rost; and his daughter Patricia Rodda. He is survived by: his sons, Derrick Rost (Barbara) and John Rost (Pam); his grandchildren, Jordan Moore (Josh), Jesse Husk (Kyle), Robert Shawn Rost, Daniel Erik Rost, Sophia Marie Rost and Gabby Lyn Rost; his great grandchildren, Riley Moore and Noelle Husk; and his sister Peggy Akers.
