He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Schreckengost and Ruth Ann Schreckengost (Crislip); and his brother Jimmy Schreckengost. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Schreckengost of Walker, WV; his children, Wendy Pittman (Brian) of Walker, WV and Freddie Schreckengost (Kellie) of Williamstown, WV; his grandchildren, Tyler Pittman, Alexis Schreckengost and Katie Schreckengost; and his siblings, Eddie Schreckengost (Marilyn) of Mineral Wells and Kay Lockhart (Jerry) of Lubeck, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
