She was predeceased by: her parent James O. Bailey; her husband Thomas "Tom" Rinehart; and her siblings, James "Bud" Bailey, Thelma M. Bibbee and Norma A. Dunn.
She is survived by: her parent Beulah Lynch Bailey; her sons, Hank Rinehart (Elaine) of Leachtown, WV, Jim Rinehart (Sherri) of Mineral Wells and Eric Rinehart (Sharolyn) of Parkersburg; her grandchildren, Sara Dunn (Adam), Doug Rinehart (Amanda), Jamie Rinehart, Ethan Rinehart (Ariel Cristia) and Lauren Rinehart; and her great grandchildren, Stella, Ava Dunn, Elli and Silas Rinehart.
