He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Galland and Byrl Galland (Cline); his daughter Stephanie Galland; and his siblings, Elmer Jr., Everett F., Ronald D. Galland, Allie McElfresh, Anna Bea Todd, Evelyn Todd, Lucy Adelsberger, Ota Nell Vincent and Helen Broussard.
He is survived by: his wife Liz Galland; his son Kenny Galland of Walker; his siblings, Herbert (Sarah), Robert Galland (Donna), Dolly Agiga (Misimasefili) and Louvina Sprout (Ed); and his sister-in-law Sue Galland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Association or Parkersburg Urban Ministries.
