He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Givens and Esta Givens (Richards); and his brother Ralph Givens. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Givens (Richards); his children, Michael Givens (Shelby) of Parkersburg and Deborah Gerber (Scott) of Marietta; and his siblings, Roger Givens of Big Bend, Margaret Fleming of Big Bend, Donna Sams (Earl) of Parkersburg and Joan Porter (Brown) of Bluff City, TN.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
