She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Reese and Helen Shaffer Reese; her siblings, Gladys Marshall, Ethel Reese, Mildred Goldsmith, Ruth Deem, Thelma McCaleb, Opal Reese, Jackie Morehead, Lewis "Dick" Reese and James Reese Sr.; her son-in-law Randy Bond; her parents-in-law, Thomas S. and Helen Beckner; and her granddaughter Angela Dawn Beckner.
She is survived by: her husband Paul M. Beckner; her children, Thomas M., Marilyn Beckner of Walker, Rebecca, Timothy Johnson of Parkersburg, Steven and Tina Beckner of Newark, WV.; her grandchildren, Stanley Paul and Brittany Beckner of Newark, WV.; and her sister Connie Armistead of Elkview, WV.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, many friends.
It is requested by Bessie that donations in her memory be made to the Wirt County Emergency Squad P O Box 448 Elizabeth, West Virginia, 26143.
